Dear participants and honorable advisors,
I am more than honored and happy to welcome you all to Eskişehir Gelişim International Model United Nations which will be held in October in Eskişehir Gelişim Schools. In this year’s conference, I will serve as your Secretary General. EGIMUN’23 will be our fourth annual conference. Model United Nations is a platform where students from all around the world can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and real procedures of the United Nations. In addition to all of that, EGIMUN is a platform where you can state your solutions and opinions, according to your country’s policy, for the most crucial problems that our world is currently dealing with.
In this year’s conference, we will have 7 different committees which are JCC, SOCHUM, UNDP, UNSC, SPECPOL, and lastly Arab League. And I am more than honored to announce that this year we will have a fictional committee. The committees that we have chosen with our hard-working EGIMUN Crew will help our delegates to gain a global vision on the urgent problems that have to be solved immediately and will help our delegates to gain confidence while talking to a group of people. In addition to our committees, we will have an unforgettable gala dinner and coffee breaks. I can guarantee that this experience will be an unforgettable one for all of us.
I would like to say that we have worked hard as Eskişehir Gelişim Model United Nations Club for this conference all summer. To make this conference a significant and memorable experience for all of our delegates. I would like to thank every one of them for their hard work and their effort. Lastly, I would like to say that as your Secretary General, I can’t wait to see every one of you in EGIMUN’23 and I’m looking forward to welcoming you to our family. And remember delegates, in EGIMUN’23 every word that you say matters. I wish you all fruitful debates.

It is with great pride and honor to welcoming you all to the 4th annual Eskişehir Gelişim International Model United Nations Conference 2023 as deputy secretary general.
We concentrated mostly on topics of the goals of Model United Nations Conferences which raise awareness on critical issues and improve the students’ ability to find solutions to world’s agendas. Also with a surprise which is a fictional committee along side with our other General Assembly and Crisis committees.
I believe that you will find the committee which perfectly matches you and you will have a chance to debate upon issues, uprising topics or fictional situations.
Hence, I guarantee you this three-day –long conference will contribute diversified visions and a different thinking system to you alongside with lots of friendships.

Welcome all to the 4th annual EGIMUN Conference. I will be one of the Deputy Secretary Generals. We worked so hard for our conference and we are ready to welcome you all to EGIMUN’23. I truly believe that we created an unforgettable conference where you’ll both socialize and raise your academic skills that you will use in your entire life.
We investigated major and catchy problems and situations the world has experienced and still suffers from, and created our 7 committees that you’ll defend your country or position while not getting bored. The committes will be SOCHUM, UNDP, SPECPOL, Arab League, UNSC, JCC, and a surprise fictional committee.
Our academic opportunities are excellent, but EGIMUN is an event that you’ll have so much fun. There will be amusing activities during coffee breaks, hit music, lots of good food, an amazing party and lots of other surprises that I don’t want to spoil. I ensure you that it will be an unforgettable event for you like it’s for us. I wish all of you good luck, prepare well and try your best to be the best.
